Bien que très performant, le télétravail impose des contraintes liées à l’équipement individuel de nos équipiers. Il ne leur sera pas toujours possible de prendre la main sur vos machines et certaines réponses seront plus longues à obtenir. Nos équipes feront du mieux qu’elle peuvent pour vous aider dans la situation difficile que vous traversez actuellement.<br /><br />

            <li>Vous devez utiliser la version 11.13 de Médimust couplée à la version 1.73 de Pyxvital</li>

            <li>Pour mettre à jour Médimust et Pyxvital, vous devez posséder la version MacOS 10.13 minimum ou Windows 10, nous ne pourrons absolument rien faire sur les systèmes antérieurs.</li>

            <li>Lors de la facturation, vous devez choisir le mode Sesam sans Vitale :</li>
 
−
            <li>L'acte à réaliser en téléconsultation est le TC ou TCG.</li>
 
−
            <li>Si vous n’avez jamais lu la carte Vitale du patient, vous aurez à saisir les informations de régime, bénéficiaire et le NIR du patient.</li>

            <li>La facturation Sesam-Vitale ne peut pas être réalisée en accès distant. En monoposte, <b>la solution la plus simple est de transporter votre ordinateur à votre domicile.</b></li>

            <li>L’accès distant n’est possible que si vous disposez d’une IP fixe. Seul Free fourni une IP fixe à tous ses abonnés, c’est une option, parfois payante chez les autres fournisseurs. Si l’option n’existe pas chez votre fournisseur, des solution alternatives payantes existent (http://www.dyndns.fr/dyndns.html), nous vous demandons dans ce cas de vous rapprocher de votre fournisseur matériel. </li>

            <li>Vous devez posséder les identifiants d’accès à votre box pour le paramétrage.</li>
